This training is where you give it your all through quick, intense bursts of exercise followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods.  Get your heart rate up and burn more fat in less time.

HIIT (HIGH-INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING)

Designed to strengthen your core, help reduce belly fat, and improve overall health.

CORE TRAINING

CLASS DURATION: 60 MIN.

LOWER BODY:  Designed to produce stronger legs, prevent lower back pain, and tone.  A strong lower body can keep you healthy and trim.

UPPER BODY:  Designed to improve your speed, balance, and strength, which are generated through the muscles of the upper body.
