CLUB INFERNO

CLASS DURATION: 60 MIN.

High intensity interval training (HIIT) is a great workout for burning fat, boosting endurance, toning up all over and building explosive speed and strength. 

HIIT REMIX

CLASS DURATION: 45-60 MIN.

LOWER BODY:  

This class is designed to help shed that excess fat while building strength and endurance. This class includes circuit training, cardio exercises, body weight exercises targeting the lower body.

UPPER BODY:  

This class is designed to help shed that excess fat while building strength and endurance. This class includes circuit training, cardio exercises, body weight exercises targeting the upper body.

BODY SCULPT

CLASS DURATION: 60 MIN.

This cardio-weight interval class will boost your metabolism with a combination of Step, HIIT, Aerobics and Strength Training.  This class will hit every muscle!

TOTAL BODY BLAST

CLASS DURATION: 45 - 60 MIN.

High-intensity workout focusing on strength building and muscular endurance. Tone your entire body!

CIRCUIT BURN

CLASS DURATION: 30 MIN.

Indoor cycling is a total-body workout and works all of the major muscle groups. It’s an incredible, challenging way to get incredibly fit.
